Situated off the north west coast of Scotland and towards the north end of the Isle of Skye,
Teeny's Cottage is an
original 19th century stone built croft house looking out across Loch
Snizort towards the Outer Hebrides.
Easily located off the A.850 12 miles north west of Portree, Skye's main
town. Portree has a modern Co-op supermarket and shops for most of
the things you'll need while you're on Skye.
There is a good health food shop if you are vegan or vegetarian, plus an
organic greengrocers in the village of Dunvegan.
The nearest pub or shop is 3 miles away, so you will need your own
transport or strong legs! The sea loch is a 15 minute stroll with
plenty of other walks and great views close by.
Completely refurbished in early 2003, Teeny's Cottage has oil fired central
heating, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, shower room and two bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern flat top hob with overhead extraction,
fitted oven, microwave, fridge, and washing machine.
Complimented with a full range of kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates and
glassware, you only need to bring the food.
The kitchen also boasts two windows with views across the hills and the sea.
A comfortable lounge with views out to sea, a Sony 26 inch LCD wide screen colour
television with free-view channels and ample comfortable seating.
Free wireless broadband access is available if you have a wireless laptop with
you.
The shower room has a generous double sized cubicle with a powerful shower,
heated towel rail; and the central heating boiler provides instant hot water day
or night
The main bedroom has a king size double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and views
towards the sea.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers, and fine
uninterrupted views across the hills behind the cottage.
Teeny's Cottage is a no-smoking facility, and
no pets are allowed.
All duvets, pillows, linen and towels are provided, and the heating and
lighting costs are also included in the tariff.
Ample off road private parking and open all year round.
