A £75 per week deposit is required to secure a reservation,
the balance to be paid in full six weeks prior to the reserved day of arrival.
It is your responsibility to remember to pay any outstanding amount by the due date.
the reserved period will be re-let and your deposit retained if the full amount is not paid on time.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following schedule:
Within one month of arrival date - 100% of booking value
In the event the cancelled period can be re-let, a refund will be paid to the value of the new booking.
We suggest you have have adequate holiday insurance to cover you for cancellations.
All damages to fittings and furnishings are to be paid for before departure.

Check-in time is from 3pm
Check-out time is by 10am
